The Project is spread over 24 Acres of land having built up area of over 5,00,000 Sq.Ft. It is also the first state of the art base stationed outside Nagpur of the RSS.

National Institute of Design, Vijayawada

The National Institute of Design, Vijayawada is an autonomous Institute under the DIPP, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. The campus which spreads over 50 Acres of land utilises the lush green spaces as a recreational space. The intent was to create a Green Campus as each block is designed in a monolithic built form to depict their individual identity. The campus is designed to accommodate Academic Facilities & Student Housing for over 800 Students. 

Shivpuri Institute of Technology

The infrastructure for Shivpuri Institute of Technology is being created by NTPC Limited. An engineering  Institute is planned as a High Tech, Modern Campus. The Campus is designed to accommodate Academic Facilities & student housing for over 1500 students. The campus is a cohesive mix of facilities planned to encourage Campus Living.

IECSME – ICL Innoveda Centre is a plan of developing business relations between Europe and India by developing a place for conference, B2B meetings, comfortable stay, health club – cum – recreation – cum – business – center with common facility and innovative business labs.

Isckon Rohini

ISCKON Temple is located in Sec 25 Rohini, with a built up area of 13,300 Sq. Mt. This project is intended to fulfill the need of a spiritual and cultural anchor in the city. Towering above the skyline at 34 m, it has three grand shikhras & 2 massive domes at the highest levels & with all the cultural activities catered to in convention halls and temple halls. The Temple hall has a length of 45 Mts which is one of the biggest halls in any religious complex having a capacity of 1500 devotees. The Construction is taking shape & is in full swing.

Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital (SDMH), Jaipur

This Project was a renovation & refurbishment of an existing functional hospital. Working with limited space, a very tight budget, & not interfacing with the functioning, we created a phased proposal. The solution we provided bought about a complete change in aesthetics. The Medical Planning also involved adding a Surgical Complex (4 OT), ICU & C.S.S.D.

Maa Vaishno Devi Ashram, Vrindavan

Standing at a grand height of 141 Feet from the ground level is the centre stage of the Ashram – a magnificent Maa Vaishno Devi Murti. The idea of an ashram for the devotees could not have been complete without a magnificent Maa Vaishno Devi Murti, Maa Vaishno Devi Mandir, 9 Avtars of Maa Vaishno Devi, Darshan Gufa, Langar Halls, Free Dispensary, Dharamshalas, Spiritual Hall, Meditation Hall, Yoga Hall, Library & Yagna Place.

Jasola District Centre


To cater to ever increasing demands, DDA decided to develop a Non Hierarchical Commercial Centre, on the line of District Centre at Jasola. The Centre is catering to the Needs of colonies in South Delhi – Sarita Vihar, Badarpur, Noida Etc. The Development will include Retail, Hospitality & Serviced Apartment’s, and Office Block. The plan would mean moving into better and more spacious shops and for the visitors to the marketplace the plan would provide a lot of convenience as it envisages a three-tier underground parking in both the buildings. In fact, shedding its jaded and haphazard look, it would transform into a high-class marketplace replete with a variety of shops.

Mega Housing Project, Dwarka

Mega Housing project with Neighborhood concept of mixed group of housing. Program formulated by DDA Architects and Design competition floated for detailed physical design. The program consisted of mixed land use units, 3 BHK, 2 BHK and plotted units.

Saket Mall

District Centre Saket is located in the heart of South Delhi & is surrounded by residential colonies & group of plotted housing. The District Centre has been grouped into different use zones such as prime retail, office plots & cultural zone. The focal point of this center is a Green Spine & there is planned segregation of Vehicular, pedestrian & servicing vehicular traffic.

Anand Dham Ashram, Bakkarwala Marg, Nangloi

Away from the glitter dust and din of city life, free from polluted environment, a beautiful “divine health resort” as one would call it. It is a multiface project comprising of Satsang Bhawan, Meditation and Yoga Centre, Guest House, Gau Shala a bird sanctuary and Administration Home & a Hospital building called-Karuna Sindhu Hospital. The Design approach is aimed at synthesizing all activities and approaches that the functional needs are met while maintaining association with the historical past and expressing the spirit of spirituality and harmony in novel manner to achieve all these goals.

Laksh Shiv Dham, Garhmukhteshwar

A marvelous Shiv temple is being built by Laksh Shivdham Trust on the bank of the Ganga River at Brijghat in District Hapur. As one enters the complex, one will have the feeling that they have entered in the valleys of Mansarovar. Each Shivling will have inscribed 12 thousand Shivlings of 2 inch width, 3 inch high. Thus each devotee could have a view of one lakh eight thousand Shivlings simultaneously in this marvellous Shiv temple and make jalarchan.

Kamla Nagar Market Streetscaping
